Absolutely! While we are located in Austin, TX, we have worked with couples from New York to Portland, and everywhere in between! Some day of items may be difficult to ship, but we are happy to work with you as much as possible! Having a destination wedding you’re flying to? We’ve helped couples with day of items they could pack to Mexico as well! 

do you work with clients outside of texas?

Absolutely! In fact, at this time, we do not offer digital files for our invitation design. We love working with most printing methods, and are always up for a new creative adventure! Some of our favorite printing methods are digital printing, letterpress, and foil printing. We’re also happy to work with die cutting/laser cutting as well! 

do you provide printing? what methods do you offer?

All of our custom invitation suites will ship to you preassembled, saving you from hours of assembly! All you’ll have to do is seal the envelopes and drop them in the mail! If you’d like us to mail them to your guests for you, we do offer that service for a small fee. 

will you assemble or mail our invitations for us?

All payments are made via credit card in our client portal. We offer payment plans, and will customize your payment schedule to your project, which we’ll discuss at your initial consultation. Typically couples can expect to pay a 25-50% retainer, with the remainder of payments to be made at the time of production for each major item (save the dates, invitations, day of items.) Let us know if you need something specific. We'll make it work!

how do you handle payment? do you offer payment plans?

Custom design varies significantly based on the number of pieces, number of sets, printing/assembling methods, and complexity of design. Our minimum order for custom invitation design is $1500. Most Owl & Envelope couples can expect to spend $3000+ for 100 custom 3 piece invitation suites with digital printing. Contact us today to get a custom proposal!

what is the investment for custom invitations?

For full service clients, looking to book save the dates, invitations, and day of design, we recommend contacting us 8-12 months prior to your wedding date. We will take care of the design and production timeline from there, so you won’t have to stress about it!

For Invitations Only: Custom invitation design & production typically takes 8-12 weeks, so plan on getting in touch 5-6 months prior to your wedding date. If you need your invitations in a shorter time span, contact us to see about rushing your order! 

Day of Signage Only: We recommend contacting us 3-4 months prior to your date. We will start design and building of any large items 2 months out from your date, and production for any items waiting on your final guest list will start one month out.
