When Tia & Jonathan reached out to us for their funky vintage signage, we were Here. For. It. We absolutely love when our couples bring their personality to their signage and thread that throughout their wedding day!
Starting with a really fun 60s/70s inspired bright pastel color palette, we pulled together a few retro fonts and created their bar menus and guestbook sign for their vintage phone guestbook. Guests got to leave a sweet voicemail for the couple to listen to later! (Also, quick moment here for unconventional guestbooks. WE LOVE THEM.) The Bar & Guestbook signs were professionally printed on foam core, which was the perfect polished (but budget friendly!) option for this wedding!
Tia knew they wanted a vinyl record inspired seating chart, and so, living in Austin, the first thing we thought of were the grab bags of 45s that Waterloo Records carries! With both a favorite local business here in Austin and vintage records, we knew it was a match made in heaven! We picked out records with love songs and wedding related titles, and each guest got a vintage vinyl with their name/table listed on it, which they could take home and play later if they wanted (the unlettered side :))! Once they arrived at the tables they had a final sweet addition of some fun colorful table numbers!
Overall this beautiful day at Camino Real Ranch was such a sweet wedding, with fun, intentional touches to bring out T + J’s personality!
